We don't care what kind of person you are. We are all equal to us. ถ้าใครกำลังเสิร์ชว่า “ศิลปากร ตัวย่อ” ใช้อะไร เวลาเขียนเอกสาร สมัครงาน หรือกรอกข้อมูลในฟอร์มต่างๆ ของมหาลัย เราเคยงงเหมือนกัน เลยขอสรุปแบบที่เราใช้จริงให้ค่ะ ตัวย่อที่เจอบ่อยที่สุดคือ “มศก.” ซึ่งย่อมาจาก “มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร” (Silpakorn University) ส่วนภาษาอังกฤษจะใช้ “SU” เป็นหลัก โดยเฉพาะในเว็บ/เอกสารที่เป็นสากล หรือบางงานที่ต้องอ้างอิงเป็นอังกฤษก็จะเห็น SU บ่อยกว่า แล้วเวลาเจอคำว่า “ศิลปากร” ในบริบทต่างๆ ต้องใช้ตัวย่อไหน? - ถ้ากรอกฟอร์มภาษาไทย เช่น ใบสมัครงาน ใบสมัครสอบ หรือทะเบียนประวัติ: เรามักใส่ “มศก.” - ถ้าเป็นเอกสาร/อีเมล/โปรไฟล์ภาษาอังกฤษ: ใช้ “Silpakorn University (SU)” หรือใส่แค่ “SU” ก็ได้ ขึ้นกับพื้นที่ที่เขาให้กรอก - ถ้าพูดถึง “วิทยาเขตสารสนเทศเพชรบุรี” (ที่เราเคยอยู่) ในเอกสารไทยส่วนใหญ่ก็ยังอิงมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นหลักอยู่ดี คือ “มศก.” แล้วค่อยระบุวิทยาเขตตามหลัง เช่น “มศก. วิทยาเขตสารสนเทศเพชรบุรี” ส่วนตัวเราเวลาทำกิจกรรมช่วงรับน้อง สิ่งที่ทำให้รู้สึกว่า “มศก.” ไม่ใช่แค่ตัวย่อในกระดาษ คือบรรยากาศความเป็นครอบครัวนี่แหละ รุ่นพี่จะย้ำเรื่องรักกันพี่น้อง ปรองดอง ช่วยเหลือกัน เหมือนคำในป้าย/รูปที่ชอบแชร์กันว่าเลือดเนื้อจัดการมันอยู่ในใจไปตลอด อีกอย่างที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์มากคือ “ป้ายห้อยคอ” ตอนรับน้อง จะมีแถบสีไว้บอกว่าสังกัดสาขาไหน ทำให้เวลาเดินหลงห้องหรือจะทักคนใหม่ๆ ง่ายขึ้นมาก แถมยังช่วยเรื่อง “สายรหัส” ด้วย เพราะบนป้ายจะมีรหัสประจำตัว ทำให้ตามหาพี่รหัส น้องรหัส หรือยายรหัสได้ไวขึ้น (อันนี้เราใช้จริง ตอนนั้นตื่นเต้นทุกครั้งเวลาโดนมองว่าใช่พี่รหัสเรามั้ย) และกิจกรรมอย่าง “ชิงรุ่น/ซ้อมบูม” แม้บางคนมองว่าเหนื่อยหรือดูไร้สาระ แต่สำหรับเรามันเป็นจุดเริ่มที่ทำให้คนเยอะมากๆ รู้จักกันและสามัคคีกันจริง ต้องซ้อมให้พร้อมเพรียงทั้งกระทืบเท้า ก้มตัว จังหวะเดียวกัน พอผ่านมาด้วยกันแล้วมันสนิทขึ้นเร็วมาก สรุปสั้นๆ สำหรับคนที่ต้องการคำตอบไปใช้ทันที: ศิลปากรตัวย่อ = “มศก.” (ไทย) และ “SU” (อังกฤษ) ค่ะ ถ้าอยากให้ช่วยดูว่าฟอร์ม/เอกสารของคุณควรใช้แบบไหน แคปหน้าฟอร์มมาถามได้เลย เราเคยเจอหลายรูปแบบเหมือนกัน
