สำหรับใครที่เป็นแฟนอาหารญี่ปุ่นและชื่นชอบความเป็นต้นตำรับแท้ๆ บอกเลยว่าร้านนี้เป็นตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดจริงๆ ร้านเล็กๆ ที่ซ่อนตัวอยู่ในทำเลที่ไม่เด่นชัด แต่กลับเต็มไปด้วยความอบอุ่นและความพิถีพิถันของเจ้าของร้านที่ลงมือทำเองทุกขั้นตอน สิ่งที่ผมชอบอย่างมากคือความสดใหม่ของปลาที่ใช้ในเมนู โดยเฉพาะปลาโทโร่โรลที่ท็อปด้วยอิกุระ ให้สัมผัสกลิ่นอายและรสชาติที่สมบูรณ์แบบจนต้องยกนิ้วให้กันเลยทีเดียว นอกจากนั้นเมนูซุปเนื้อตุ๋นกับหัวไชเท้าก็ทำให้ผมประทับใจมาก เพราะถึงแม้ดูเป็นเมนูธรรมดาแต่กลิ่นหอม น้ำซุปเข้มข้นและเนื้อนุ่มละลายในปากถือว่าเด็ดมากๆ บรรยากาศในร้านเต็มไปด้วยลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นจริงๆ ซึ่งยิ่งเสริมความมั่นใจในมาตรฐานและรสชาติของอาหาร อีกทั้งยังมีเมนูแนะนำที่ไม่ควรพลาด เช่น ข้าวอบหมึกหิ่งห้อยกับอูนิ และลิ้นวัวย่าง ที่เด็ดจริงๆ สำหรับคนที่วางแผนมาใช้บริการแนะนำให้จองล่วงหน้าเพราะร้านเล็กและคนแน่นตลอดเวลา สามารถจอดรถได้ที่ Donki หรือถ้าไปเร็วๆ อาจจะหาที่จอดรถหน้าร้านได้บ้าง ร้านเปิดตั้งแต่ 17:00 - 23:00 น. อยู่ที่ Terra Thonglor และยังมีสาขาสาทรด้วย เป็นอีกหนึ่งร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นลับๆ ที่ซ่อนความอร่อยไว้ซึ่งผมแนะนำว่าใครรักอาหารญี่ปุ่นต้องลองไปสัมผัสด้วยตัวเองสักครั้งครับ
