เผื่อใครกำลังหาข้อมูล “ไทเดิมคลินิก สะพานควาย” หรือ “Thaiderm Clinic” แล้วลังเลว่าจะไปดีไหม เราขอเล่ารายละเอียดที่ช่วยตัดสินใจได้จากประสบการณ์ตัวเองแบบตรง ๆ ค่ะ (เราเป็นสิวอุดตันขึ้นง่าย ผิวค่อนข้างแพ้ง่าย) 1) ไปคลินิกต้องเตรียมตัวยังไง - วันไปพบหมอ เราจะไม่แต่งหน้าหนัก ๆ หรือถ้าจำเป็นก็เตรียมคลีนซิ่งไปล้างก่อนตรวจ เพื่อให้คุณหมอดูผิวจริงได้ชัด - ถ้ามียาที่ใช้อยู่/สกินแคร์ที่ใช้อยู่ แนะนำถ่ายรูปฉลากหรือพกไปด้วย คุณหมอจะดูให้ว่าอะไรควรหยุด อะไรใช้ต่อได้ - ถ้าแพ้ง่ายมาก ๆ บอกตั้งแต่ต้นเลยว่ามีประวัติแพ้อะไร (เช่น แอลกอฮอล์ น้ำหอม หรือยาบางชนิด) 2) บรรยากาศและขั้นตอนโดยรวมที่เจอ สิ่งที่เราชอบคือที่นี่คุณหมอผิวหนังตรวจเอง และก่อนทำหัตถการจะดูว่าปัญหาหลักเป็นสิวแบบไหน (อุดตัน/อักเสบ/มีรอยหรือหลุมสิวร่วมด้วย) แล้วค่อยวางแผนให้เหมาะกับหน้าเรา ไม่ได้ใช้สูตรเดียวกับทุกคน 3) หัตถการที่อาจได้ทำ (แล้วรู้สึกยังไง) - กดสิว/เคลียร์สิวอุดตัน: ช่วยให้สิวเม็ดที่อุด ๆ ออกไวขึ้น แต่หลังทำอาจแดงเล็กน้อย 1–2 วัน - ฉีดสิวอักเสบ: เม็ดที่บวม ๆ ยุบไวขึ้น (ส่วนตัวรู้สึกเจ็บนิดเดียว) - จิ้มกรดผลไม้/ทา AHA: เน้นผลัดเซลล์ ลดอุดตัน และช่วยเรื่องรอย/ผิวไม่เรียบ แต่ต้องทากันแดดจริงจัง 4) เรื่องค่าใช้จ่ายที่หลายคนเสิร์ชหา ของเราตกประมาณ 550–600 บาท/ครั้ง (แล้วแต่วันที่ทำอะไรบ้าง) ถือว่าอยู่ในงบ “6 ใบแดง” ตามที่ตั้งใจเลย ที่สำคัญคือไม่มีฟีลโดนบังคับซื้อคอร์ส และมักมีนัดติดตามผลให้ ทำให้เราคุมงบได้ง่าย 5) ของที่ได้กลับบ้านและวิธีใช้แบบไม่พังผิว บางครั้งจะมีทายากลับบ้านแนว ๆ 5% BP, โลชั่น/ครีมลดอักเสบ (เช่น CM lotion, Ai Cream ตามที่หมอจ่าย) ทริคของเราคือ - เริ่มใช้ทีละตัวก่อน 3–5 วัน เพื่อดูว่าแพ้ไหม - BP ให้เริ่ม “ทาบางมาก” และทาเฉพาะจุด/เฉพาะบริเวณที่เป็นสิว ถ้าแห้งลอกให้ลดความถี่ - ใช้คลีนเซอร์อ่อนโยน + มอยส์เจอไรเซอร์เรียบ ๆ ช่วยประคองผิว โดยเฉพาะวันที่ทำ AHA 6) ถ้าอยากให้เห็นผลไวขึ้น - กันแดดทุกวัน (สำคัญกับรอยสิวมาก) - เลี่ยงสครับแรง ๆ และการแกะสิวเอง - ซักปลอกหมอนบ่อย ๆ และเช็ดโทรศัพท์ โดยรวมเรารู้สึกว่าถ้าใครกำลังหา “รีวิวไทเดิมคลินิก” แบบคนงบน้อย แต่อยากได้ที่ตรวจละเอียดและรักษาเท่าที่จำเป็น ที่นี่ตอบโจทย์มากค่ะ
