📱 1.Frictionless Data Capture (Easy and Sensitive): Paper Age! Staff just scan the QR Code to open the Mobile Web App (created with Google Apps Script + Modern UI). Where to find the risk (Near Miss / Unsafe Act), select the area, type the details, and send the data immediately in 1 minute.

☁️ 2.Real-time Cloud Database (Data Hub): As soon as the transmission is pressed, the data runs into Google Sheets Real-time. It serves as a stable Cloud database. It doesn't waste time repeating keys.

📊 3.Data Visualization & Trend Analysis (Change Data to Insight): This is a game-changing point! We can extract data to display on the Dashboard (such as Looker Studio) to make a Risk Heat Map. The MPC and management immediately see "Pattern" which areas are most vulnerable or have recurrent dangerous behavior to deal with before a real accident occurs.

🔄 4.Closed-loop Tracking (Tracking Until Safe): The system can perform Action Tracking Alert and Tracking Correction Status (Open - > In Progress - > Closed) to ensure that all risks are handled 100% successfully.
