When every problem is beset,
🌧️ when the "life monsoon" blows in at the same time without setting up.
Has anyone ever felt that?..At some point in life, problems don't come one by one, but they come together like appointments, work, money, family or relationships, until we can't handle them.
The worst feeling is that we sit still in a dark room and the tears come out. It's not just sadness, it's exhaustion, and the deep fear in our hearts, "How are we going to get through this?" Open your eyes in the morning with a lump of awkwardness in your chest, looking at a dead end, sometimes feeling like you're drowning and not even having the strength to scramble to breathe.
It was isolation that even surrounded people...No one can understand the breakdown in our hearts.
💡 Thoughts on the day the world was mean to us.
On the darkest nights, the starlight is always the most obvious, and here's what we've learned from the scars:
- Everything has its "time": No storm is forever, and no darkness is permanent. Today it may be the worst, but it's just "one phase of life," not "the whole of life."
- We don't have to be strong all the time: crying doesn't mean we're weak...But it means we've been carrying it for too long. Admitting ourselves "can't" is the first step of resting to start over.
🌱 3 ways to prop up through difficult times
1. Focus back one day at a time (or one hour at a time): When the big picture problem seems too heavy, stop thinking about the future that has not yet arrived, and then take yourself through one day at a time, doing your best to face it. Today can pass...It means you're very good.
2. Drain it the right way: Do not keep everything alone, find a trusted person to tell him, or if a personal message box / notebook writes out the restraint, release will reduce the pressure of the heart a lot.
3. Cut off the stimulus and be kind to yourself: During the weakness of your heart, abstain from social media that makes a comparison of life with others, take yourself to eat your favorite things, get a good night's sleep, and tell yourself in front of the mirror every day, "Thank you for fighting this much."
