Pom gland, scientific name
It is a small shrub, up to 2 meters tall, a heart-shaped or spherical leaf, about 6-9 centimeters wide, about 7-9 centimeters long, with a serrated leaf margin and an ovate or spear ear 1.5-2 centimeters long.
The flowers are branched at the axils of the leaves or apex. The flowers are large. The petals are yellow and the middle of the flowers are dark purple, almost black. Beautiful and distinctive looking. Very common in northeastern Thailand.
