October 21 "National Annual Tree Love Day"
October 21 of each year is the National Annual Tree Care Day. It was born by a resolution of the Council of Ministers on June 26, 1990, to be the National Annual Tree Maintenance Day; and later renamed "National Annual Tree Love Day" and has used this name to date.
The "National Annual Tree Love Day" was born out of the power of His Majesty King Srinacharin, who valued tree maintenance and restoring the balance of nature, planting and maintaining trees with him throughout his life, because he had the idea to see the greenery and integrity of the forest, and sparked an awakening for the preservation of natural resources to the wider public.
The goal of the annual National Tree Love Day is to be achieved. It requires the cooperation of all parties, public, private and public, to value and preserve forests in Thailand, according to the King Sri Nakrishnu, to remain and last.
