เส้นทางศึกษาธรรมชาติแม่สะกึ้ดไม่ได้เป็นแค่การเดินป่าเพื่อชมวิวเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นโอกาสพิเศษที่ทำให้เราได้เรียนรู้ถึงความหลากหลายของระบบนิเวศป่าดิบเขาที่อุดมสมบูรณ์อย่างแท้จริง ในระหว่างทางเดินผ่านโขดหินและลำธารน้ำตกขนาดเล็กที่ไหลสะอาด ใต้ร่มไม้ใหญ่เขียวชอุ่ม ได้เห็นไม้พื้นถิ่นหลายชนิด เช่น กล้วยไม้ป่าที่มีสีสันสดใส รวมถึงเห็ดสีแดงเข้มที่เกาะตามท่อนไม้ ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความอุดมสมบูรณ์และความหลากหลายทางชีวภาพของพื้นที่นี้ สำหรับใครที่มาในช่วงปลายฝนต้นหนาว จะได้พบกับป่าสีเขียวชุ่มชื้นที่เต็มไปด้วยความสดชื่นของน้ำตกแม่สะกึ้ดที่ไหลผ่านลำธารใส บรรยากาศเงียบสงบช่วยให้การเดินป่าครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการออกกำลังกาย แต่ยังเป็นการเติมเต็มจิตใจด้วยความงดงามจากธรรมชาติ นอกจากนี้ ตลอดเส้นทางมีจุดพักชมวิวที่มองเห็นแนวเทือกเขาสลับซับซ้อนของแม่ฮ่องสอน ซึ่งเป็นภาพที่หาที่ไหนไม่ได้ง่ายๆ สร้างประสบการณ์การเดินป่าที่ทั้งสนุกและให้ความรู้ เหมาะสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวทุกเพศทุกวัยที่อยากใช้เวลาประมาณ 2-3 ชั่วโมงในการสัมผัสธรรมชาติอย่างลึกซึ้ง ทางอุทยานแห่งชาติน้ำตกแม่สุรินทร์ยังมีการดูแลเส้นทางและจัดเตรียมสถานีเรียนรู้ถึง 17 จุดที่เน้นให้ผู้มาเยือนได้เข้าใจถึงความสำคัญของระบบนิเวศในพื้นที่นี้ เป็นการท่องเที่ยวที่ช่วยสะท้อนถึงการอนุรักษ์และรักธรรมชาติได้อย่างแท้จริง
