This orchid explored at Canal Phnom National Park, Surat Thani Province, 400 - 600 meters above sea level, is a ground orchid, the trunk is 25 - 40 centimeters high.

The flowers are 20-30 millimeters in diameter, purple or white and turn yellow when old. The inflorescence is white or purple. The petals are ovate, ovate, featherless, petals, lanceolate flowers, rounded or semi-pointed ends, sometimes apex. The petal cones are joined to the sides of the inflorescence. The middle petals have two lobes, each lobed is wide parallel edge shaped. The parallel edge-shaped side petals point sideways. The cylindrical-shaped spikes point upwards.
