🌳 "Cham Jury in the Water," a big wooden miracle of Sri Lanna National Park.

"Cham Jury or Chubby," a tree up to 25 m tall, a wide-spread top house, two to five pairs of leaves, with glands between the petioles, three to 10 pairs of leaves, oval or rhombus, crooked, 1.5-6 cm long, large top pair, rounded end with sharp polyps, round or cut cones, fine hairy bottom leaf plates.

Cascading bouquet. Stemless middle bouquet. 7-8 petals and number of petals each. Petal tube is 8-9 mm long. Petal tube is about 1.2 cm long. Male pollen tube is slightly longer than petal.

The side flowers have smaller short stalks, 5 sepals and petals each. The male pollen tube is shorter than the petal. The strip-shaped pods, thick edges, slightly curved, 15-20 cm long. The middle wall has soft texture. There are 15-25 seeds. The oval is about 1 cm long.

Native to South America, it is an ornamental plant that provides shade in the tropics. In Thailand, it is distributed naturally along rivers and lowlands in all parts.
