On February 19, 2026, the 16th Conservation Area Administration Bureau (Chiang Mai) by the Wildfire Control and Operation Section, along with the Phu Pink Wildfire Control Station, Doi Suthep-Pui National Park, led the staff to participate in the volunteer publicity campaign "Awaken the Power, Build a Fire-Proof Line, Clear Blue, Dust-Free" to watch out for the prevention of wildfires and dust haze for the year 2026, presided over by the General of the 3rd Region, along with the Governor of Chiang Mai, the head of the government, the relevant departments, the military, the volunteer, and the public, to participate in the event to jointly prepare a fireproof line around the Phu Kra Ecological Park at the helipad. ในฐานะที่ฉันเคยมีโอกาสเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมลักษณะนี้กับชุมชนในภาคเหนือ ฉันเห็นว่าการสร้างแนวกันไฟนั้นไม่ใช่แค่การตัดหรือถางพื้นที่เพื่อป้องกันการลุกลามของไฟ แต่ยังเป็นการปลุกจิตสำนึกให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการรักษาทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ รวมถึงการร่วมแรงร่วมใจที่จะช่วยลดปัญหาหมอกควันและฝุ่น PM 2.5 ซึ่งเป็นภัยเงียบที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพของคนและสัตว์ กิจกรรมเช่นนี้ยังช่วยสร้างความร่วมมือที่แข็งแกร่งระหว่างหน่วยงานภาครัฐ กองทัพ รวมถึงจิตอาสาและประชาชนทั่วไป ทำให้การแก้ไขปัญหาเป็นไปอย่างครอบคลุมและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้การเลือกพื้นที่ที่สำคัญ เช่น รอบพระตำหนักภูพิงคราชนิเวศน์ ยังแสดงถึงความมุ่งมั่นจะปกป้องพื้นที่อันเป็นมรดกและความภาคภูมิใจของจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จากการปฏิบัติจริง เราจะเห็นว่าการสร้างแนวกันไฟต้องอาศัยความรู้เกี่ยวกับทิศทางลม ประเภทของพืช และสภาพภูมิประเทศ เพื่อกำหนดแนวกันไฟที่เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ต้องมีการตรวจสอบและซ่อมแซมแนวกันไฟอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ไฟกลับมาลุกลามอีก การปลุกจิตอาสาผ่านกิจกรรมนี้ยังช่วยสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้คนในชุมชนรักและหวงแหนป่าไม้ของตนเอง สร้างการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองและส่งต่อความรู้สู่คนรุ่นหลัง เป็นการรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมในระดับฐานรากที่มีความยั่งยืนและมีความหมายมากที่สุดโดยไม่ต้องพึ่งพาแต่หน่วยงานภาครัฐเพียงอย่างเดียว ดังนั้น แนวทางความร่วมมือและจิตอาสาที่กรมอุทยานฯ ร่วมกับจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญที่จะทำให้พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยไฟป่าและปัญหาหมอกควันลดลงอย่างจริงจังและยั่งยืน
