It’s time.

And yet, no one steps forward to carry it.
So it gets diluted. Reframed. Spread thin enough that no single voice has to say, “We were wrong.”
But here’s the truth:

In my personal journey, I have often encountered situations where a collective mistake was quietly acknowledged internally but never frankly addressed. The reluctance to step forward and admit fault can lead to a diluted sense of responsibility, where no one feels compelled to say, “We were wrong.” This avoidance might seem easier in the moment, but it creates a lingering void where integrity could have flourished.
