เห็นมีคนคอมเมนต์แนว ๆ “นี่ร้านไหน/這哪一家” บ่อยมาก เลยมาตอบให้ชัด ๆ นะคะ ร้านในโพสต์คือ Osteria Caparesi (บางป้าย/โลโก้จะเขียนว่า Osteria CAPARESH) อยู่ย่าน Sanlitun, Beijing ค่ะ เป็นร้านที่เดินผ่านแล้วสะดุดตาจริง ๆ เพราะหน้าร้านและป้ายร้านเด่นมาก มีฟีลยุโรปนิด ๆ แบบอบอุ่น ๆ วิธีสังเกตร้านให้เจอง่าย: มองหาป้ายคำว่า “Osteria” และ “CAPARESH / Caparesi” หน้าอาคาร จะมีโซนด้านนอกให้ถ่ายรูปด้วย และหลายเมนู/ป้ายในร้านจะมีคำว่า PASTA & RISOTTO โผล่ให้เห็นค่ะ ใครที่ดูจากรูปแล้วอยากตามรอย แนะนำเซฟชื่อร้านทั้ง 2 แบบไว้ในมือถือ เผื่อเวลาค้นในแผนที่หรือถามทางจะได้ไม่พลาด ถ้าถามว่าไปช่วงไหนรูปสวยสุด สำหรับเราชอบช่วงบ่ายแก่ ๆ ถึงเย็นก่อนพระอาทิตย์ตก เพราะแสงจะนุ่ม ถ่ายหน้าร้านแล้วผิวละมุนมาก ๆ และเงาไม่แข็งเกินไป ส่วนใครอยากได้ฟีลคาเฟ่โล่ง ๆ แนะนำไปวันธรรมดาช่วงสาย ๆ คนจะน้อยกว่า ทำคอนเทนต์ได้สบายขึ้น มุมถ่ายรูปที่เราว่าห้ามพลาดมี 4 จุดหลัก ๆ: 1) หน้าร้านกับป้ายชื่อร้าน 2) มุมดอกไม้/พร็อพหน้าร้าน (ถ้ามีการตกแต่งตามฤดูกาลยิ่งน่ารัก) 3) โซนนั่งด้านนอกที่ให้ฟีลเหมือนนั่งคาเฟ่ยุโรป 4) มุมป้าย/โลโก้ CAPARESH ที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ ถ่ายแบบยืนเฉียง ๆ หรือถือแก้วกาแฟจะได้ฟีลบรันช์มากค่ะ เรื่องเมนู ถ้าตั้งใจมานั่งกินจริง ๆ ร้านนี้เหมาะกับสาย brunch และสายอาหารอิตาเลียนเบา ๆ (แนวพาสต้า/ริซอตโต้) คู่กับกาแฟหรือเครื่องดื่มเย็น ๆ แล้วพักขาระหว่างเดินช้อปใน Sanlitun คือเวิร์กมาก ราคาโดยรวมจะระดับกลางถึงค่อนข้างสูงตามทำเลย่านนี้ แนะนำเผื่อเงินไว้หน่อยแต่ได้บรรยากาศและรูปกลับไปคุ้มค่ะ ทิปเล็ก ๆ จากประสบการณ์: ถ้าคนเยอะให้เริ่มถ่ายรูปหน้าร้านก่อนแล้วค่อยเข้าไปสั่ง จะได้ไม่ต้องถือของพะรุงพะรังตอนถ่าย และถ้าอยากได้ภาพที่ดู “ปักกิ่งแต่ฟีลยุโรป” ลองใส่โทนขาว/ครีม หรือเสื้อโค้ตสีเรียบ ๆ จะเข้ากับร้านมากค่ะ สรุปอีกครั้ง ใครที่ถามว่า “นี่ร้านไหน” คำตอบคือ Osteria Caparesi / Osteria CAPARESH ย่าน Sanlitun ปักกิ่งค่ะ ถ้าใครมีลิสต์คาเฟ่ปักกิ่งที่ควรไปอีก ฝากแชร์กันได้เลยนะ เราจะได้ตามเก็บเพิ่ม!
