The gravity rule never stops working for a second.
What changes all the time... is "the wave of our hearts."
Many times, we're not unlucky.
We just accidentally "turn off the receiver" with a rush, fear and a sense of lack.
Energy is therefore not attraction.
But became an unconscious push-out.
So the heart of this is not the request of the universe from time to time.
But it is to be in a constant wave of "getting" given.
The way that life all day... becomes a magnetic field by nature.
Here are 4 steps.
To make the gravity rule "work with you" in everyday life.
✴️ Step 1: Set the beginning wave of the day to be "before the world comes in."
Before touching the phone.
Before the news.
Before getting other people's powers.
Put your hand on your heart and say softly in your heart:
"Today... I'm naturally open to good things."
"Today... I'm in the right wave for my life."
And then do one important thing:
Feel real - feel the warmth in the middle of the chest.
Like opening a door from inside
Do not force to think positive
Don't try to smile.
Just "still + open" is enough.
Because day and day
Will always flow along the first wave you set.
✴️ Step 2: During the day, check the waves, no life check.
If one day starts to be tight
Start worrying.
Start breathing short.
Don't rush to solve the problem.
Let's solve the "wave" first.
Say to yourself in your heart that
"Now I'm shaking in a wave that's not... I'm returning to peace."
Then do 1 minute enough:
Breathe in slowly as much as possible.
Exhale longer than usual
Relax your shoulders. Relax your jaw.
You can only go back to zero.
Because the gravity rule doesn't respond to beautiful words.
But it responds to the state of mind right now... the most direct.
✴️ Step 3: Use "Thank You" as the fastest wave change button.
Don't wait for big things to thank you.
Because thank you waves are not caused by "events."
It's caused by "the state of your choice."
You can appreciate a small thing today, like
Have eaten full
Have a breath
Have time to be with yourself
Saw something beautiful.
And when saying "thank you"
To speak with weight
No rush.
Not through the mouth.
"Thank you... I still have something good here today."
Every time you thank me with real feelings,
The wave will change from "Not There Yet" → "Already There."
And life will start sending things consistent with that frequency in and out.
✴️ Step 4: Close the day with a "get" wave so that tomorrow starts rising on its own.
Before bed, review three of today's good things.
Don't be grand.
Just real
Then say in your heart,
"Today... I've been taken care of. Thank you."
"Tonight... I let go and open up to the next good thing."
Closing days like this
Is to program the subconscious.
To sleep in the waves of abundance.
And then wake up with better frequency without force.
🌌 How to stay in the wave of gravity "all the time."
Morning: Set the waves with the heart before the world comes in.
Daylight: When does the heart fall into the waves? Back to the breath.
All Day: Use "Thank You" as the Frequency Change Button
Bedtime: Close the day with "earned" and "taken care of" waves.
If you repeat these 4 things every day,
Your mind won't be just someone hoping good things happen.
But it becomes a magnetic field.
That makes the good thing "find you yourself."
You won't have to run after anything as hard as before.
Because when the waves are right...
