Clear the negative power to open up the good energy to flow in.

When you feel like your heart is getting tight, don't let it drag all day long.
Stop for 10 seconds.
Stop responding. Stop sliding. Stop solving everything in your head.
3 rounds of slow deep breathing
Inhale 4 seconds / Exhale 6 seconds
Three rounds is enough, but the results are clear.
Say to yourself 1 sentence.
Choose a single sentence that is "true" for you.
"Now let me get back to myself."
"I don't need to solve everything now."
"Let me let go of the unnecessary."
This is not escaping trouble.
