ถ้าใครกำลังหาข้อมูล “โกรกอีดก/น้ำตกโกรกอีดก” แล้วลังเลว่ามือใหม่ไหวไหม อันนี้สรุปจากประสบการณ์เดินจริงแบบเข้าใจง่ายๆ เผื่อช่วยตัดสินใจได้ค่ะ ภาพรวมเส้นทาง: เดินเทรลไป-กลับประมาณ 8 กม. โดยรวมใช้เวลาประมาณ 4–6 ชม. แล้วแต่สปีดและเวลาหยุดถ่ายรูป จุดที่หลายคนชอบคือวิวสวยตลอดทาง เห็นลำธารและผาหินเขียวๆ มีมอส มีเห็ดขึ้นเยอะมาก ช่วงหน้าฝนน้ำจะไหลแรงสุดๆ สมกับเป็นน้ำตกที่สูงมากของภาคกลาง แต่ก็แลกมากับความลื่นและน้ำเชี่ยวในบางจุด ความยากของทาง (ฉบับมือใหม่): ช่วงต้นไปถึงชั้น 1 ยังเดินสบาย เดินตามทางดิน/หิน ข้ามน้ำ ลุยหินเล็กน้อย พอเข้าโซนชั้น 2–5 จะเริ่มต้องระวังการก้าวเท้ามากขึ้น แต่ยังพอไปได้เรื่อยๆ จุดที่ “เหนื่อยจริง” มักเป็นช่วงขึ้นไปชั้น 6–7 ที่ชันขึ้นและพื้นลื่น โดยเฉพาะวันฝนตกก่อนหน้า น้ำเยอะ หินเปียก ต้องใจเย็นๆ ไม่รีบ และยึดเชือกตามจุดที่เจ้าหน้าที่จัดไว้ ขากลับสำคัญกว่าขาขึ้น: หลายคนเจ็บ/ข้อเท้าพลิกตอนลง เพราะชันและลื่น แนะนำให้ลงช้าๆ วางเท้าเต็มฝ่าเท้า ไม่กระโดดข้ามก้อนหินใหญ่ ถ้ามีไม้เทรคกิ้งจะช่วยถ่ายน้ำหนักได้เยอะมาก (แนะนำจริง) และถ้าเห็นคนกำลังข้ามลำธาร ให้เผื่อระยะ อย่าเบียดกัน เพราะพื้นหินลื่นง่าย การจองคิวและค่าใช้จ่าย: แนะนำจองล่วงหน้าจะชัวร์กว่า walk-in มาก เพราะบางวันเต็มเร็ว ค่าลงทะเบียนประมาณคนละ 300 บาท โดยปกติรวมไกด์ รถรับ-ส่ง และประกันอุบัติเหตุแล้ว ถ้าอยากได้รอบแรกๆ แนะนำไปถึงเช้ามาก (ประมาณก่อน 6 โมง) จะเดินสบาย คนไม่แน่น และมีเวลาถ่ายรูปด้านบนแบบไม่ต้องรอคิวนาน เช็กลิสต์ของที่ควรเตรียม: รองเท้าดอกยางลึก/รองเท้าสตั๊ดดอย (แถวนั้นมีขายได้) + ถุงกันน้ำใส่โทรศัพท์ + เสื้อกันฝน/เสื้อกันลม (สีสว่างถ่ายรูปขึ้นและมองเห็นง่ายในป่า) + น้ำดื่มอย่างน้อย 1.5–2 ขวด + เกลือแร่/ขนมเล็กๆ + ยากันยุง + ถุงแห้งใส่เสื้อผ้าเปลี่ยน เพราะยังไงก็มีโอกาสเปียกจากการลุยน้ำ ทริคเล็กๆ ก่อนเริ่มเดิน: เข้าห้องน้ำให้เรียบร้อย ตุนของจากร้านด้านล่างให้ครบ แล้ววอร์มข้อเท้า-น่องสักนิด จะช่วยลดตะคริวและลดโอกาสพลาดลื่นได้ค่ะ
