The image that everyone sees here is Lord Slug, the big boss from the Dragon Ball Z movie: Lord Slug (1991), which was redrawn by Toyotarou, the current Dragon Ball Super manga painter. This is part of a special project where you take a character that has not yet appeared in the Super manga to be missed by fans.
