The Prime Minister has ordered the suspension of oil exports except to Laos Mianma since March 6, 69.

As a result of the fighting in the Middle East, Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Mr. Anin Chan Virgul, stated that every effort is taken not to have an impact, but if the impact is minimal, the people will not have to bear the burden of setting up an administrative center and monitoring the situation of the fighting in the Middle East region.

Mr. Pitaun has convened the first meeting of the Committee to assign the Ministry of Foreign Affairs an overview of the situation and progress of assistance to Thais in the area, while the relevant departments will explain the issues of public interest by giving a press release.

Every day at 6.10pm, the Gazette has also published a Prime Minister order suspending oil exports on a temporary basis, exempting exports to the Lao People's Democratic Republic and the Republic of Mianma Union from March 6, 2026 onwards, and providing traders with oil reserves produced in the Kingdom at a rate of 1.5 per cent from March 31, 2026 and at a rate of 3 per cent from April 30, 2026.
