# Supachi Discusses Solving Coconut Prices Fragrance Slump
"World Ji" discuss the problem of depressed perfume coconut price, foreign dark control, close the Nominee cycle.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Commerce has regulatory guidelines for businesses to implement legislation under the Alien Business Conduct Act 1999 and the Accounting Act 1999. จากประสบการณ์ของผมที่ติดตามธุรกิจมะพร้าวน้ำหอมในช่วงที่ผ่านมา เห็นได้ชัดว่าการแก้ไขปัญหาราคาตกต่ำนั้นไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย เพราะเกี่ยวข้องกับหลายด้านตั้งแต่การผลิต การตลาด และด้านกฎหมาย ผมเห็นด้วยกับแนวทางของกระทรวงพาณิชย์ที่ต้องปรับโครงสร้างธุรกิจล้งมะพร้าวให้มีความโปร่งใส และบริหารจัดการปริมาณผลผลิตให้เหมาะสมกับตลาด ซึ่งจะช่วยลดปัญหาการล้นตลาดและราคาตกต่ำได้จริง นอกจากนั้น การพัฒนาคุณภาพสินค้าและการแปรรูปเพื่อให้ได้มาตรฐาน ลดสารปนเปื้อน ก็มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่ง เนื่องจากภาพลักษณ์ของสินค้ามะพร้าวน้ำหอมไทยที่ส่งออกไปยังต่างประเทศ เช่น จีน จะส่งผลต่อโอกาสทางการตลาดในระยะยาว การสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้คู่ค้าในต่างประเทศจึงเป็นเรื่องจำเป็น เพื่อป้องกันการถูกปฏิเสธสินค้าและขยายโอกาสส่งออกสินค้าพรีเมียมที่มีมูลค่าสูงขึ้น อีกประเด็นที่น่าสนใจคือการคุมเข้มธุรกิจที่อำพรางโดยคนไทยเป็นตัวแทน หรือธุรกิจนอมินี ซึ่งทางกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้าและสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติได้เข้าตรวจสอบจับกุม เพื่อป้องกันการแอบแฝงของชาวต่างชาติที่เข้ามากระทำผิดกฎหมายในธุรกิจนี้ ซึ่งนับเป็นการสร้างความเป็นธรรมให้กับผู้ประกอบการคนไทยและรักษาเสถียรภาพของตลาด จากการสำรวจข้อมูลตลาดและฤดูกาลพบว่าราคามะพร้าวน้ำหอมมีโอกาสปรับตัวเพิ่มขึ้นภายใน 1 เดือนข้างหน้า เนื่องจากตลาดจีนกำลังเข้าสู่ช่วงอากาศร้อนที่ดื่มเครื่องดื่มเย็นเพิ่มขึ้น ถือเป็นโอกาสที่ดีสำหรับผู้ผลิตท้องถิ่นที่จะปรับกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ผมเชื่อว่าการสนับสนุนอย่างต่อเนื่องจากภาครัฐและการร่วมมือกันของผู้เกี่ยวข้องในอุตสาหกรรมจะช่วยฟื้นฟูและขับเคลื่อนธุรกิจมะพร้าวน้ำหอมไทยให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน
