Delays at United Airlines

So flew from STL to Burbank… layover was in San Francisco it was suppose to be a hour it ended up being about 8-9 hours 🙃🙃🙃

At first they was keeping us updated but then had to find out through the app it’s was completely cancelled!! But they offered us a new flight no extra charge which I believe is a new rule all airlines have to follow but the next flight to Burbank would be tomorrow so we decided to fly to LAX but that flight kept getting delayed and delayed but we was finally able to board after a looong wait and made it to our destination 😊

The reason for the delays was because of the weather it was/is raining in San Francisco.

Now I’m glad we was able to do another flight same day kinda messed with our day plans but it’s okay. United Airlines gave us $15 meal ticket per person so that’s cool.
