š¤ My Story: Iām 27, Iām a stay at home mom. Last year in October I moved away from my hometown because my husbandās job is better up here in Northern California. Since then, itās been one hell of a ride.
š¤ How I Felt: This year kick my butt. I felt more alone than ever before. Even though I was never alone I always felt a knot in my throat. What made it worse was I didnāt have anyone to talk to because it was too personal. & when I did try to talk, I was laughed at & looked as crazy. Day and night I just wanted to run away from my problems but I couldnāt. Iād play mobile games to forget about the real world. Fast forward to today, what happened then will stay with me because it showed whoās there and who is not.
š¤ Today: Iāve officially launched my business helping others make money online- by also staying in tuned with who I am & what I want to do without caring about what anybody has to say.
š¤ My Takeaways:
1. The more negative things you think about, the more negative things you will attract.
2. You will never be ready to do something new, you have to jump into it and show up everyday. The sooner the better because in day one youāll already be ahead of those who havenāt started.
3. Live in the moment. Happiness is a state of mind. Choose to be happy with what you have right now.
4. Think SOLUTIONS. If it can be solved then take actions towards it.
... Read moreIn todayās fast-paced world, many individuals, like myself, find solace in sharing their journeys of personal growth and vulnerability. Whether youāre a stay-at-home parent or someone navigating a career shift, itās crucial to recognize that feeling alone or overwhelmed is completely natural. This feeling often stems from a significant life change, such as relocating or starting a new venture. The process of acknowledging these emotions can be therapeutic.
One powerful step is embracing vulnerability, which fosters deeper connections with others. Sharing personal stories not only validates our experiences but also encourages vulnerability in our peers, creating a nurturing community. In fact, research shows that those who share their experiences tend to feel a sense of relief and empowerment.
Additionally, finding strategies to address negative thoughts, as I learned, can transform your mindset. Exploring mindfulness practices, journaling, or simply engaging in open conversations with trusted friends can facilitate a healthier thought process. Moreover, taking action is paramount. The sooner you address your challenges, the less daunting they become. Small, consistent steps toward your goals can significantly enhance your emotional well-being.
Lastly, it's crucial to celebrate the journey. Acknowledging even the smallest victories fosters a sense of accomplishment and propels you forward. Remember, seeking help is a strength, not a weakness. So take a leap, connect with others, and embrace every facet of your unique journey.
