Students at Analy High School once again warmed up their vocal cords and burst into song for select classmates and teachers in the hours before Valentine’s Day.
Those who placed orders for a singing Valentine, performed by high school choir members, could have one delivered in class to the object of their affection. The sender could even purchase a rose as part of the romantic gesture.
Whether slightly mortifying or satisfying, depending on the recipient’s perspective, more than 60 students received a one-minute song and a rose from a specific or secret admirer.
