2025 Hear me ROAR

2024…you have brought me joy and hardships. This year I have fought a battle that no one can see, I have fought for my health and sometimes what feels like my life. I’ve learned to say “I’m fine.” even when I don’t feel fine. Through it all I have put on a smile so no one could tell, I still went to work and showed up for the people I love most.

2024…I have also hit so many milestones this year. Celebrating one year of marriage, buying my first home , another career goal (RBT) , rehabilitating from knee surgery and graduating physical therapy!

This year has taught me to “slow down “, enjoy the small things, listen to my body and fight harder than ever before.

2024 you tried to kick my ass and instead despite of everything I kicked yours. Cheers to 2024 & 2025 🍾🥂
