Another Victoria secret beauty haul
I know that for a lot of people Victoria’s Secret is getting left in the wind, but I will have to admit that they have improved their body care line that is somewhat rivaling Bath & body works although Bath & body works has more selections & variety however VS scents are becoming more yummier (particularly the vanilla scents) and sexier!
Gilded Vanilla: think of a creamy cappuccino with cinnamon sprinkle on top with their fragrance notes of jasmine beam with cream sandalwood and golden Vanilla. It’s not too overly sweet but sweet and warm enough. The fragrance mist was sold out but was able to find a good match with the next fragrance.
Rich Caramel Vanilla: since my local VS store was sold out of the GILDED VANILLA fragrance mist I still wanted something vanilla to go with it and chose this rich caramel vanilla. With the notes of sweet violets, dark tonka and vanilla addictive ? This gives me a slight floral twist but still the warmth of the caramel & vanilla which making it a bit unique! This one was missing the body cream (a lot of mix matches)!
Lush Cherry 🍒 Cream: this is one of their cherry sweet lines that you can love it….or hate it. In store I still fell in love with the body cream; I’ve been into cherry scents this year and this one is very cherry! With the notes of juicy raspberry, lush orchid and cherry 🍒, it is extremely cherry - licious! HOWEVER…. Smelling this is starting to remind me of those cherry flavored cold medicine I’ve taken as a kid and kinda made it nauseating 😅😅. I’m debating if wanna return it to exchange for other products.
Bare Vanilla Daydream Body cream: this is what really brought me into the store because o have the body mist which I LOVE and somehow I forgot to grab the matching body cream lol. With fragrance notes of fluffy vanilla and soft sandalwood , I can see why this would be considered a Daydream; it’s a soft sweet vanilla that makes it grown in a yummy way and not overtly sweet.
