I never owned a pair of Adidas in my life til now

Yes, I kid you not; I have never worn a pair of Adidas in my whole entire life and I am now 35 years old lol

I saw these on TikTok, where a girl was advertising a couple anklets in her shoes caught my attention because as I’ve said in the previous post that lately I have been into leopard/cheetah prints. I have no idea why but I am currently…

These sold out twice before I was able to get a pair..

Let me tell you something.. the picture gives it no justice. It is bold in person. The material is actually pony hair, not leather so this is different for me in terms of sneakers. 👟

It also came with an extra pair of shoelaces, which is more of a cream color in case you want to switch out the red shoelaces !

I wore them today and I know I have been told that Adidas are notorious for having a little to no arch support which by the way is some truth to it but it’s not too drastic.

Overall, these are Hella cute, trendy, bold yet feminine.

Will I buy another pair of Adidas in the future maybe if they look as distinctive & cute like these

... Read moreOkay, so you've seen my new Adidas Samba OG with that incredible leopard print pony hair – aren't they just a dream? When I first unboxed them from that classic blue Adidas shoebox, I was immediately struck by how vibrant the pattern was. The white stripes really pop against the animal print, giving them that iconic Samba look but with an edgy twist. Let's talk about styling these beauties. A shoe this distinctive demands attention, but it's surprisingly versatile. I've found they look amazing with simple, monochromatic outfits – think black skinny jeans and a white tee, letting the shoes be the star. For a slightly bolder look, I'd pair them with a clean, tailored blazer and some cropped trousers. Don't be afraid to mix patterns either, as long as the colors complement each other. A subtle stripe or a geometric print can actually work if you keep the rest of your outfit subdued. And for those warmer days, a flowy black midi dress or skirt with these Sambas instantly elevates a casual look. One thing that surprised me was the material: genuine pony hair! It gives them such a luxurious feel compared to standard leather sneakers. This also means a little extra care is in order. I usually give them a gentle brush to keep the texture looking fresh. For any spots, a damp cloth with a mild cleaner for delicate materials works wonders. You definitely want to avoid harsh chemicals or excessive scrubbing to maintain that beautiful leopard print. And the laces! My pair came with those vibrant red shoelaces, which, as you can see in some snaps, really add a bold contrast. But the fact that they included a cream-colored alternative is a game-changer. Swapping out the red for cream gives the shoe a completely different, more understated vibe – perfect for when you want the leopard print to speak for itself without the extra pop of color. It's like having two pairs of shoes in one, which is fantastic value for $110! I've even seen people experiment with other colors like orange laces, which can also look super chic. Regarding comfort, I mentioned the arch support. While it's true Adidas aren't always known for their cloud-like cushioning, these Sambas are surprisingly comfortable for everyday wear. I wear them for walks around town, and my feet feel pretty good. If you need extra support, a thin insole could easily be added without compromising the fit too much. Sizing-wise, I found them true to size, but if you're between sizes, I'd suggest going up half a size, especially if you plan on wearing thicker socks. These unique Sambas are definitely a conversation starter. If you're looking to add a touch of personality to your sneaker collection, keep an eye out for limited-edition drops like these. They sell out fast for a reason!
