PMS or DEPRESSED
So today I worked 9am-2:30pm at my part time job. TJMaxx , but anywho I felt so down today literally every person who texted me wanted something & it just made me so irritated. I’m always the person ppl are asking for something, even when I don’t truly have it to give I make a way and I GIVE ! I feel like I don’t have anything left atp. I’m going through so much & no one knows & I think it’s consuming me. All I wanted to do today was go to bed ! My daughter kept coming in my room and I just wanted her to stop, no one texts me to just say hi or check on me. Every person who text today literally got straight to the chase to ask me for what they wanted or needed smh IM TIRED .
I can’t tell if im feeling like this because it’s less then a week before I “start” or what but I can’t take it . I don’t even have the strength to take my nightly shower (I’m going to) but it’s like right now I just want to lay here & cry.
No one knows or cares even my soon to be ex husband was like can I take out my daughters hair and wash it and im just thinking to myself like can I have ONE MINUTE TO MYSELF I’m drained ! I work 7 days a week to be able to provide for my home & he has never paid attention to how I feel he just says I’m salty all the time . What do you expect from an overworked under loved person !
RANT OVER 🥺😢 #lemon8diarychallenge #exhausted #imjustagirl #whocareskeepgoing #headaches #prayers #onedayatatime #PMS #depression #alonetime
Many people experience emotional challenges related to PMS and depression, often finding it difficult to pinpoint the source of their feelings. Hormonal changes during menstruation can lead to mood swings, irritability, and fatigue, which may overlap with symptoms of depression. To better understand these feelings, consider establishing a routine that includes mindfulness practices such as meditation or yoga, which can be beneficial for mental health. It's important to seek support from loved ones or professionals if you're feeling overwhelmed. Connecting with others who share similar experiences can provide a sense of community and belonging. Therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can be effective for managing both PMS-related mood changes and chronic depression, helping individuals develop coping strategies and healthier thought patterns. Always remember to prioritize your mental health; self-care is not selfish, but essential.
