Homemade Compound Butter!!!

So I decided that I don’t like paying so much money for butter, let alone groceries! So I got my stand mixer out (and dusted it off, don’t judge me lol) and I poured all of the contents of a quart of my favorite ALDIs heavy whipping cream ( who needs measuring cups!) and turned it on to whip up a lovely butter and buttermilk!! I then finished off the butter and added some of my favorite herbs and garlic! I halved the butter and put rosemary on red pepper flakes with one half and thyme and cracked pepper in the other half! Voila! Compound butter!! It’s sooooo yummy on EVERYTHING!! #homemadebutter #Lemon8Diary #unfiltered #healthylifestyle2024 #groceryessentials #compoundbutter #yummy #groceriesonabudget
