Tea 🍵 talk ✨🍋

From a person whom hates the after taste of tea 🫖 let me just tell you this mix here is sooooo GOOD!

✨Tea Details:

Turmeric and Ginger🫚 can help with sleep by reducing inflammation, increasing serotonin and melatonin levels, and promoting relaxation.

For the past 2 weeks my toddler has been stuck on this tea as a nightly routine before bath time. My Mother is a BIG tea drinker and makes him teas so when he picked out the yellow packet I just went with it not realizing it would relax us both! A week went by and I finally realized it was the tea making us tired 😂 be careful with this mix. That’s all ima say but my 3 year old loves it! I added the elderberry tea for immune boost & add flavor.

After I make the tea I add my homemade almond milk (sweetener) to give it the sugar affect since the milk is sweet there’s no need for sugar. The milk give the tea a creamy texture and makes the aftertaste one I can bare.

Add this to your night routine, dinner drink or bed time drink & you will not regret it! Especially for kids! My baby likes his warm at night which the milk helps cool it down for him and in the day time if he wants it I give it to him as a cold sweet tea but not after 2p bc again it does relax him and I don’t do late naps 😂 😂 nonetheless it’s my new GO TO!
