Lately, I’ve been feeling like I’m on the verge of crashing out. You know that feeling—when your emotions are loud, your mind is restless, and it feels like you’re one step away from making an impulsive decision you might regret.

That’s exactly why I cling to my morning routine so much. 💛 It’s not just about waking up early or being “productive.” It’s about creating a sense of stability before the day even begins.

💭 Why morning routines help your mental health:

✔️ They create calm before the chaos. Starting your day intentionally lowers stress and helps you feel grounded.

✔️ They give you small wins. Making your bed, drinking water, or reading a devotional = instant accomplishment.

✔️ They keep you from spiraling. When you start your day with good habits, you’re less likely to let emotions dictate your actions.
