Skincare for beginners 🫧

Skincare is an important routine for me and it sometimes can be tricky! There are a lot of dos and donts with skincare so I thought I would make an easy guide for someone who’s a beginner at skincare! You always can do whatever works for you but this is what works for me.🫶🏻

Skincare application in order:

- face wash

- serum

- moisturizer

- sunscreen

Skincare is a fundamental aspect of self-care, but when starting out, it can be overwhelming. The critical first step is cleansing, and using products like micellar water or gentle cleansing gels ensures your skin is clean without stripping its natural oils. After cleansing, applying a serum packed with beneficial ingredients such as Niacinamide can target specific skin concerns like acne or dullness. Serums are lightweight and should be gently pressed into the skin to increase absorption. Follow this up with a moisturizer to lock in hydration; the Surf Cloud Water Cream is an excellent choice for oily or combination skin types. Finally, don’t skip sunscreen. It is essential to protect your skin from harmful UV rays, preventing premature aging and sun damage. Look for broad-spectrum formulas that offer at least SPF 30 for daily use. Establishing this simple, effective routine not only promotes healthy skin but also builds confidence in your skincare journey. With consistency and the right products, anyone can achieve radiant skin. Remember, it’s all about finding what works best for your unique skin type.
