การเตรียมตัวสอบไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย แต่ถ้าน้องๆ มีเทคนิคการจดเลคเชอร์ที่ถูกวิธี จะช่วยให้การอ่านหนังสือมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นอย่างเห็นได้ชัด จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว เวลาที่เราเลิกดองเลคเชอร์และเริ่มสรุปทันทีหลังเรียนใหม่ๆ จะทำให้ข้อมูลในสมองยังสดเหมือนเพิ่งผ่านตา แถมเวลาทวนเนื้อหาก็ไม่ต้องเสียเวลาทบทวนเยอะ เพราะเราเขียนด้วยภาษาของตัวเองแล้ว จึงเข้าถึงความหมายและจดจำได้ดีกว่าอ่านเลคเชอร์ที่เขียนเต็มไปด้วยคำศัพท์ยากๆ อีกหนึ่งเทคนิคที่ผมใช้คือการใช้สีต่างๆ มาช่วยแยกส่วนหัวข้อ คำจำกัดความ หรือตัวอย่าง เพราะสายตาจะจดจำสีได้ง่ายกว่า ตัวอย่างเช่นโทนสีชมพู-ขาว ที่ให้ความรู้สึกสบายตาและดึงดูด ทำให้รู้สึกอยากเปิดอ่านซ้ำบ่อยๆ นอกจากนี้ เราสามารถใช้สติกเกอร์น่ารักๆ ตกแต่งสรุปบทเรียน เพื่อเพิ่มความเพลินใจและกระตุ้นกำลังใจตัวเองในช่วงเหนื่อยๆ ได้อีกด้วย ผมยังแนะนำให้ลองใช้เทคนิค Feynman ที่เป็นการสอนตัวเองหรือพูดสรุปความรู้ดังๆ เหมือนกับเป็นติวเตอร์ให้เพื่อนฟัง เทคนิคนี้จะช่วยตรวจสอบว่าเราเข้าใจเนื้อหาหรือไม่ และทำให้สมองเชื่อมโยงเนื้อหาได้ลึกซึ้งขึ้น สุดท้าย การทำ Mind Map เชื่อมโยงเนื้อหาเก่ากับใหม่ช่วยให้เห็นภาพรวมและเข้าใจบริบทของบทเรียนนั้นๆ ดีขึ้นมาก การไม่จำนิยามทีละท่อน แต่เชื่อมโยงเป็นเรื่องราว จะทำให้การวิเคราะห์ข้อสอบเป็นเรื่องง่ายและแม่นยำ เทคนิคเหล่านี้ช่วยให้แม้ว่าจะเป็นการสอบที่ยากหรือเครียดแค่ไหน ก็สามารถสู้ได้อย่างมั่นใจ ขอให้น้องๆ ทุกคนลองนำไปปรับใช้ดูนะครับ รับรองว่าขยันถูกจุด เกรด A อยู่แค่เอื้อมแน่นอน!
