my favorite glute workouts!
i’ve been noticing recently i’m a lot more sore on the second day of recovery than on the first day, does anyone know why?
i didn’t start taking advantage of the leg machines until recently and you should too! there’s many different great machines you’re able to use.
the leg press machine is an easy machine and i like start off with light weights or else the resistance becomes too strong. this is more of a repetitive workout so it’s not bad at first, but it gets harsh after a while.
hip thrust machine (i didn’t know my gym had a machine for this until recently) i love this machine. i started off with 3x10 and i quickly switched to 50lbs.
sumo squats with weights! i recommend these for trying to build your glute these HURT and my legs shake doing these.
RDLs (romanian deadlifts)
these remind me of good mornings. i like doing these and i will continue to increase my weight
