Easter Eggers 🐓

I wanted a variety of colored eggs so we chose the following 🤎🤍💛

Australorp: these chickens are black with a green tint! Absolutely beautiful chickens with a great temperament. We spent lots of time with these chickens and they love being around us. They give large brown speckled eggs looks like freckles lol 😂 usually anywhere between 275-300 eggs a year.

Easter Eggers: these chickens are white with brown spots. They’re more timid, they like their space. They pop out all different kinds of colored eggs from green, turquoise and olive colored eggs. They produce around 250-275 eggs a year.

Sapphire splash/sapphire gems: these chickens are the most beautiful in my opinion. They’re gray chickens with white spots, kinda like a brindle color. I believe all their eggs are turquoise. They produce around 300-325 eggs a year.

Red star/ Rhode Island Red: these chickens are more common, they’re yellow when they’re born but they turn red once they get older.

Leghorns: these are our white birds, the give the most eggs. They also lay white large eggs. You’ll get about an egg a day so anywhere between 350-365 eggs a year. They’re the most consistent and they don’t mind being held and pet.
