Remember to nourish your little athletes
This may seem like a lot for Teeny Dancer, but she can easily burn this off and more in dance! And after dance, she’s gonna be hungry again!!! Kids are growing so if they are in sports, it is extremely important to fuel them up before AND after to support the muscle development on top of their growth. Encourage your kids to have a healthy relationship with food.
