Is this a dupe?

I had seen the e.l.f blush at my target when it first came out and I ended up getting the pink one ☝️. I really like it, it’s one of my favorite cream blushes but then I had lost it. I had gone to the store to get another one but they were always out of them so I started looking for similar ones and I found the petal pop at Shop miss a at the mall and to my surprise it’s almost similar to the e.l.f blush, slightly a different shade of pink but it’s just as pigmented as the elf one. What do y’all think? Is it a dupe ? 🤔
