Order the brain to attract good things.
Ever? When we focus on "happiness," we see all the good stories around us, but when we focus on "problems" or stress, we only see them and get caught up in them.
Believe it or not, just "change the focus," life can really change. ✨ This is a trick that I've always used on myself and advised my students, and it works wonderfully because "what we focus on is always enlarged."
This principle is not only a mutelu, but a brain function called the Reticular Activating System (RAS), which acts as a filter. When we order it to look for good things or happiness, it does its best to screen and present them to us more clearly!
✨ How-to: Start changing focus to attract happiness. ✨
1.Write a Gratitude Journal: Every night before bed, try writing 3 things you're grateful for that day.
2. Mindfulness: Take five minutes to breathe or observe the good things around you.
3. Change of perspective: Try to change from "to do" to "get a chance to do," such as "I have gone to work (meaning I have a job)."
True happiness is not far away, it is hidden in the value of what we have today. 😊💖

การสั่งสมองให้ดึงดูดสิ่งดีๆ เป็นกระบวนการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปรับเปลี่ยนจุดโฟกัสของเราในชีวิตประจำวัน ซึ่งมีงานวิจัยด้านจิตวิทยาและประสาทวิทยาศาสตร์ยืนยันว่า ระบบ Reticular Activating System หรือที่เรียกว่า RAS ในสมอง ทำหน้าที่เป็นเหมือนตัวกรองข้อมูล โดยจะนำเสนอสิ่งที่เราสนใจหรือโฟกัสให้เราเห็นมากขึ้นในชีวิตประจำวัน เมื่อเราตั้งใจฝึกฝนที่จะมองหาความสุขหรือสิ่งบวกในชีวิต สมองจะช่วยให้เราเห็นโอกาสและเรื่องราวดีๆ มากขึ้น และทำให้เรารู้สึกมีความสุขมากขึ้นตามไปด้วย เทคนิคง่ายๆ ที่คุณสามารถนำไปใช้ได้แก่ การจดบันทึกขอบคุณ (Gratitude Journal) ซึ่งช่วยให้จิตใจโฟกัสกับสิ่งที่ดีในแต่ละวันแทนที่จะจมอยู่กับปัญหาหรือความเครียด การฝึกสติ (Mindfulness) เป็นอีกหนึ่งวิธีที่ได้รับความนิยมอย่างมาก เพราะช่วยให้เรามีสติรู้ตัวในปัจจุบัน ลดความวิตกกังวล และเพิ่มความชัดเจนในการรับรู้สิ่งดีๆ รอบตัว แม้เพียงแค่ 5 นาทีในแต่ละวันก็ช่วยเสริมสร้างสมองและเพิ่มระบบ RAS ให้ทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ การเปลี่ยนมุมมองจากความคิดเชิงลบไปเป็นความคิดเชิงบวก เช่น แทนที่จะมองว่า "ต้องทำงาน" ให้มองว่า "ได้รับโอกาสให้ทำงาน" จะช่วยเสริมสร้างทัศนคติที่ดี และส่งผลต่อความสุขใจและการมีแรงจูงใจในชีวิต สุดท้าย อย่าลืมว่า ความสุขเล็กๆ ในแต่ละวัน เช่น การได้รับรอยยิ้มจากคนรอบข้าง หรือความสำเร็จเล็กๆ ที่ทำให้ดีใจ ล้วนเป็นสิ่งที่สมองสามารถเรียนรู้และจดจำเพื่อดึงดูดสิ่งดีๆ เข้ามาในชีวิตได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ขอเชิญทุกคนลองฝึกฝนและแบ่งปันเรื่องราวความสุขของตัวเอง เพื่อเป็นแรงบันดาลใจร่วมกัน #กฎแรงดึงดูด #คิดบวก #พลังบวก #พัฒนาตัวเอง
