🍜 Kinsou Ramen - Apocalyptic Mon Chiang Mai

A small Japanese restaurant in the apocalyptic district. The atmosphere is quiet. Not many people. It makes you feel comfortable. But I have to say, the food quality is better than expected.

The menu we ordered was a cold soba set. Inside the cold soba set with fried tempura shrimp. The taste is much better than I thought. On the table there are more chili oil, vinegar and shoyu to season. Personally, we only add chili oil to increase the spiciness of the Thai people. I can say that it is very good. Very pleasant.

✨ Tempura shrimp is made well. The shrimp head is fried crispy, chewed whole piece, adding a step further.

Another person ordered Cha Chu Pork Ramen Set. The broth tastes good, but if you like it tasty, you may need to cook a little more.
