A small shop in Sarabhai District, Chiang Mai, is on the same fence as the restaurant where my father taught.
🌿 The atmosphere of the shop is Outdoor, airy, open, comfortable, especially in the evening, but if you come late, there are a lot of mosquitoes 🦟 may not sit very well. Who is a mosquito line, love to recommend carrying mosquito spray with you. 😅
🥩 The most impressive menu is 10 seconds of fried meat with buffalo meat. It costs only 99 baht. 💯 I can say that it's worth it. The meat is soft, fried for good, and the amount is good. This menu is recommended to order 👍
🍜 Another favorite menu is Tongkatsu fried chicken cream ramen. Who likes anything that creamy mannua should like because the broth is mushroom soup, 🍄 is strong, the ramen line is very good, and the fried chicken is crispy, the outside is soft, and the sauce improves fragrance, delicious. ❤️
🧅 onion grilled cherry saki sauce is fine, the taste is medium, the price is not strong, the order is suitable.
🍋 and lemon cold ramen. This menu is not very pleasant. 😅 It's cold noodles that taste salty. It smells lemon, but it doesn't taste as sour as expected. It's not a menu that I want to repeat.

ร้าน ร้ายขนาด อีท สตูดิโอ เป็นตัวอย่างร้านอาหารเล็กๆ ที่ใช้ความใส่ใจในเมนูอาหารและบรรยากาศร้านจนกลายเป็นที่ชื่นชอบของลูกค้าในพื้นที่สารภี เชียงใหม่ ผมเคยไปลองร้านนี้ในช่วงเย็น ซึ่งบรรยากาศ Outdoor ของร้านให้ความรู้สึกผ่อนคลายและนั่งสบายมาก เหมาะกับการมาเจอกันกับเพื่อนฝูงหรือครอบครัว อย่างที่รีวิวไว้ว่า เมนูเนื้อทอด 10 วิ ที่ใช้เนื้อควายเป็นจานเด่นของที่นี่จริงๆ เนื้อนุ่มและทอดได้กำลังดี ทำให้รสชาติออกมาดีมากในราคาที่จับต้องได้ ผมเองก็ชอบทานเนื้อวัวและเนื้อควายอยู่แล้ว เมนูนี้จึงกลายเป็นเมนูโปรดของผมเวลามาที่นี่ ส่วนราเมงครีมไก่ทอดทงคัตสึนั้น เป็นจานที่แตกต่างจากเมนูราเมงแบบเดิมทั่วไป น้ำซุปครีมเห็ดที่ให้ความเข้มข้นและมันนัว เส้นราเมงเหนียวนุ่ม กินคู่กับไก่ทอดกรอบนอกนุ่มใน เติมซอสเชอร์รี่ซากิที่เย้ายวนในรสชาติทำให้จานนี้อร่อยกว่าที่คิดมาก หากใครชอบซุปครีมและไก่ทอด เมนูนี้ไม่ควรพลาด นอกจากสองเมนูนี้ ร้านยังมีอาหารอื่นๆ ที่น่าสนใจ เช่น ต้นหอมย่างซอสเชอร์รี่ซากิที่รสชาติกลางๆ เหมาะกับสั่งแชร์หลายคน แต่ราเมงเย็นมะนาว จัดว่าเป็นเมนูที่ผมไม่ค่อยชอบ เพราะรสเค็มโดดและขาดความเปรี้ยวสดชื่นตามที่คาดหวังไว้ เรื่องบริการแม้ว่าจะดูแลดีแต่บางครั้งก็ต้องเข้าใจว่าพนักงานอาจมีจำนวนจำกัดในช่วงที่ลูกค้าเยอะ ส่วนเรื่องจอดรถถือว่าดีมาก มีพื้นที่กว้างขวาง สะดวกสำหรับผู้ที่ขับรถยนต์มาเอง โดยรวมแล้ว ร้ายขนาด อีท สตูดิโอเป็นร้านอาหารบรรยากาศดีที่ราคาไม่แพงและมีเมนูอร่อยหลายอย่าง ถ้าคุณอยู่แถวสารภี เชียงใหม่ หรือมีโอกาสแวะเวียนผ่านไป แนะนำให้ลองสั่งเมนูเนื้อทอด 10 วิ กับราเมงครีมไก่ทอดทงคัตสึดู รับรองว่าจะประทับใจและอยากกลับไปซ้ำอีกแน่นอน
