I use 4oz of bottle water room temp add 2 tbsp or less if you don't like it strong add to this with 2 pumps of suger free salt carmel syrup 2oz of zero sugar salted carmel chobabi creamer put all of it over ice pour a 45g Quest protein vanilla protein shake ....you can drizzle your cup with smuckers drizzle suger free carmel if you like before you pour the ice and coffee in top with zero suger can whip cream I hope this helps 🔥
