I need book suggestions!

I have always disliked reading but the books I LOVED reading were the best decisions I’ve made. Some other books I’ve enjoyed that I don’t own are the handmaids tale, the walking dead comics, etc.

I’m into young adult books, easier ish reading as I’ve learned that hard to read books (like text size and words per page) make it impossible to read.

Some themes I like include:

-mystery

-horror

-LGBTQ

-gore

-educational

-romance

-tragedy

-mental health

Also reading APPS suggestions are welcome!

For mystery lovers, 'One of Us Is Lying' by Karen M. McManus offers a gripping whodunit twist, while Stephen King's 'It' taps into horror and deeper emotional themes of adolescence and friendship. LGBTQ representation in literature has also gained momentum, with titles like 'Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda' by Becky Albertalli providing a heartfelt story about identity and acceptance. For educational themes, consider 'The Hate U Give' by Angie Thomas, which addresses social justice issues and empowers readers to engage in discussions about race, privilege, and activism. If you’re interested in romance, 'To All the Boys I've Loved Before' by Jenny Han combines humor and sweet romantic moments with its exploration of young love. As for reading apps, platforms like Goodreads allow you to track your reading and discover new books based on your preferences. Libby by OverDrive connects you with your local library’s digital collection, giving you access to thousands of eBooks and audiobooks for free. Lastly, don't overlook using social platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, where book lovers share reviews and recommendations that can inspire your next read. The #BookTok trend on TikTok has made many titles mainstream, connecting readers to books that resonate with their personal experiences.
