Have a blessed
Today is a BIG day.
God blessed me with 60 years of life. And I don’t take that lightly.
Sixty years of lessons. Sixty years of battles. Sixty years of getting back up.
What a gift it is to still be here.
To laugh with my family.
To share moments.
To create new memories.
My mind still feels young.
My heart still burns with purpose.
Yes, my body reminds me sometimes to slow down.
So now I listen. I move smarter. I move with gratitude.
Two shoulder surgeries.
Two hip replacements.
Four years battling blood clots.
And I’m STILL standing.
Let me say this loud and clear. If you think you’re “too old,” you’re wrong. If you think your time has passed, it hasn’t. As long as you can breathe, move, learn, love, and show up You still have work to do. Age doesn’t stop purpose. Fear does. Excuses do.
Today I’m thankful.
I’m grateful. I’m humbled.
And I’m motivated more than ever. Keep moving. Keep fighting. Keep believing.
Your best days are not behind you they’re built by what you choose to do TODAY. Let’s go make amazing things happen today. God is good all the time and all the time God is good.
