Find good people !
I have always had mentors in my life people I looked up to, respected, and learned from. Some knew they were mentors to me. Others never knew. But I still learned from them.
That is the power of a good role model.
Find people who live by the values you believe in. Find someone who is where you want to be. Then empty your cup. Stop trying to prove what you know. Listen. Watch. Ask questions. Take notes. Learn.
A good mentor can help you see things you may not see on your own.
We were never meant to walk this life knowing everything. Stay humble. Stay hungry. Keep learning. And when you become the person others look up to, give back and become a mentor to someone else.
Your life can change when you surround yourself with people who make you want to become better.
Find your mentors. Learn from them. Grow. Then help someone else grow. God is good all the time and all the time God is good.

In my own journey, I've realized how transformative finding the right mentors can be. Mentorship goes beyond just receiving advice—it's about being open to new perspectives and willing to humble yourself to learn something you didn’t know before. When I first sought a mentor, I made the mistake of trying to prove what I already knew instead of listening carefully. Over time, I learned that the best mentor relationships thrive on curiosity and the willingness to absorb knowledge. One practical tip I can share is to actively seek out people whose values align with yours and who have achieved the success or personal growth you aspire to. This intentional approach helps you stay focused and motivated. It can be at work, in professional networks, or even through community groups. Don’t hesitate to reach out and express your genuine desire to learn from them. Another aspect that helped me was taking notes during conversations or meetings with mentors. Writing down insights or feedback helped me reflect later and apply the guidance in my life. I also found that asking thoughtful questions, rather than just passively listening, deepened the connection and made the experience more rewarding for both of us. Lastly, mentorship is a two-way street. Once you have benefited from guidance, pay it forward by mentoring someone else. This cycle of learning and teaching creates an inspiring community where everyone grows together. Embracing humility, staying hungry for knowledge, and truly valuing the role of mentors can change your perspective and life. Surrounding yourself with good people who challenge and encourage you will help you unlock your potential and become the kind of person others can look up to and learn from.
