One year. From a small shop in the market... to our own little service center. ❤️🛞
The first picture is the first day we opened the store.
There are less than 10 tires in the market.
I didn't think far about where we were going in a year.
Just know that today we have to sell, we have to take good care of our customers, and we have to make the store survive.
From that day on, we walked one step at a time.
Selling some tires online, some in front of the store.
Some wrong, some right, some trouble, some money missing.
But one thing at a time.
Until today, a year ago.
We may not have a big service center yet.
But we already have one branch of our own small car tire removal center.
There's space for our customers to change tires.
There are tools, technicians, and there are places to take better care of our customers.
From a store with less than 10 tires on the first day.
Arriving today...
For others, it's probably just a "little rubber shop."
But for me, I'm very proud of it. ❤️
Because every square meter of this store
It's something we've gradually built up out of almost nothing.
And the other person who can't talk about it is my friend and partner, Mr. Jack.
People who helped each other from day one.
Since the day we haven't had anything yet.
They sell, they solve problems, they fall, they get up.
Until today...
From the day we had almost nothing.
Now we have a debt of about 2 million baht... hahahaha 😂

In the past, only friends
Now there are friends, companies, stores and creditors. 🤣
But seriously, I thank you.
Who still walk together until today.
This is only the first year.
We still have a lot to do.
There's still a lot to learn.
And this store still has to grow a long way.

ผมขอแชร์ประสบการณ์เพิ่มเติมจากการทำร้านยางรถยนต์ในปีแรกที่อาจเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับคนที่กำลังคิดจะลาออกมาทำธุรกิจเล็ก ๆ ด้วยตนเอง การเริ่มต้นธุรกิจร้านยางรถยนต์นั้น ไม่ง่ายเลยในช่วงแรกเพราะระบบการขายและการจัดสต็อกยางต้องรัดกุมมาก ยางรถยนต์แต่ละขนาดและแต่ละแบบเหมาะกับรถยนต์ที่ต่างกันไป ทำให้ต้องมีความรู้เฉพาะตัวที่จะช่วยให้ลูกค้าเลือกยางที่เหมาะสมและปลอดภัยที่สุดสำหรับรถของพวกเขา การขายออนไลน์เป็นหนึ่งในช่องทางสำคัญที่ช่วยสร้างยอดขายและเข้าถึงลูกค้าได้กว้างขึ้น แต่ก็ต้องรับมือกับความจริงเรื่องการขนส่งและบริการติดตั้งที่ลูกค้าคาดหวัง ทำให้ผมและทีมงานต้องสร้างศูนย์บริการเล็ก ๆ เพื่อรองรับการถอดใส่ยางอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องเงินทุนและสินค้าที่ยากจะจัดการ แต่การพัฒนาทักษะการบริหาร การบริการลูกค้า และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าก็สำคัญมาก เพราะธุรกิจนี้ต้องพบกับปัญหาอย่างเช่น เงินขาดมือในบางช่วง หรือบางครั้งก็ต้องล้มแล้วลุกใหม่ ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องปกติของผู้ประกอบการรายย่อย นอกจากนั้น ความร่วมมือกับหุ้นส่วนอย่าง "แจ็ค" ที่ช่วยกันตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นก็เป็นกุญแจสำคัญที่จะให้ธุรกิจเดินหน้าต่อไปได้ การทำธุรกิจไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องเงินแต่ต้องมีทีมที่เข้าใจและช่วยเหลือกันในทุกช่วงเวลา นับจากนี้ผมตั้งใจจะขยายร้านอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้ร้านเล็ก ๆ อย่างเราเติบโตไปสู่ศูนย์บริการขนาดใหญ่ในอนาคต รวมถึงการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตัวเองในทุก ๆ ด้าน ทั้งด้านสินค้า บริการ และการบริหารจัดการ หวังว่าสิ่งที่แชร์ไปจะเป็นแรงบันดาลใจและแนวทางให้กับคนที่อยากทำธุรกิจเล็ก ๆ อย่างจริงจังครับ
