yall.. omg I lied 🙊
Well, not really because it’s not a recipe but let me tell you. This was the best meal I have made ever since I started my fitness journey. It’s like a potato taco bowl situation 10/10 would recommend. Please look at how pretty those potatoes came out. I didn’t take a picture of the finished product because I was STARVING but 👩🏽🍳😚. I am convinced the key to avoid overeating is lettuce. You can stack up on lettuce in any meal and it’ll kinda trick your brain into thinking you ate a lot of food without the calories. I did 20 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of legs today and i’m sure i’ll feel it in the morning. I’m so pumped and excited to keep going. 🏋🏽♀️✨

Starting a fitness journey can be challenging, especially when it comes to meal planning and finding satisfying recipes that align with your goals. Potato taco bowls are not only visually appealing, they can also be nutritious and fulfilling. Potatoes are a great source of vitamins and minerals, and when paired with a bed of lettuce, they provide volume without the extra calories. You can customize your bowls with various toppings like salsa, beans, and avocado to enhance flavor and nutrition. Remember, adding more greens to your meals can help trick the brain into feeling full, aiding in portion control. Incorporating regular cardio and strength training into your routine, as mentioned in the original post, will maximize your fitness results. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity each week and two days of strength training. Set realistic goals and celebrate your achievements, no matter how small, to stay motivated. Engaging in meal prepping can also simplify your week, ensuring you always have healthy options available, helping you stay on track with your fitness journey.

This looks fire 🥰
