These bliss balls are the easiest thing ever and they taste amazing!⁣

Ingredients:⁣

1 cup coconut⁣

1 cup frozen strawberries⁣

1 tbsp vanilla extract⁣

2 scoops protein powder (I use @bulletproof)⁣

1/4 cup oats ⁣

1/4 Greek yogurt ⁣

3-4 tbsp sugar free maple syrup⁣

Coating:⁣

1/2 cup crushed fruity pebbles ⁣

They've become one of my absolute favorite recipes because they hit all the right notes: they're incredibly easy to whip up, require no baking, and satisfy that sweet, nostalgic craving without derailing my healthy goals. Plus, they pack a fantastic protein punch, making them perfect for a post-workout refuel or just a smart snack to keep me energized throughout the day. It’s like having a little piece of my childhood, but all grown up and good for me! One of the best things about making these protein bliss balls is how forgiving the recipe is. If your mixture feels a bit too dry, a tiny splash more of maple syrup or even a tablespoon of water can help bring it together. If it's too wet, a sprinkle more oats or coconut will do the trick. My personal tip for getting that perfect coating of crushed Fruity Pebbles? After rolling the balls, really press them firmly into the cereal crumbs.
