ผมเองก็เป็นคนหนึ่งที่เจอปัญหาไถฟีดแล้วลืมเป้าหมายเดิมที่ตั้งใจไว้ พอเจอฟีเจอร์ Pause Point ของ Google แล้วรู้สึกว่าช่วยได้เยอะมากครับ โดยเฉพาะเวลาที่ผมตั้งใจจะทำงานหรืออ่านหนังสือ แต่พอหยิบมือถือขึ้นมา เหมือนมีแรงดึงดูดให้เข้าแอปไถฟีดอย่าง TikTok หรือ Facebook ซึ่งทำให้เสียเวลาโดยไม่รู้ตัว ฟีเจอร์ Pause Point จะแสดงหน้าต่าง Pop Up ขึ้นมา เตือนเราว่าจริง ๆ แล้วตั้งใจจะทำอะไรในแอปนี้หรือเปล่า ให้เวลากว่า 10 วินาทีจะช่วยให้ผมหยุดคิดก่อนเข้าแอป และถ้ารู้ตัวว่าต้องการเปลี่ยนใจ ก็สามารถกดยกเลิกหรือปิดแอปนั้นได้ทันที ฟีเจอร์นี้ช่วยยับยั้งความอยากไถฟีดเพลิน ลดพฤติกรรมเลื่อนหน้าจอแบบไร้จุดหมาย โดยเฉพาะบนระบบ Android ที่เริ่มมีให้ใช้งานได้แล้ว อีกทั้งยังเป็นเครื่องมือช่วยจัดการเวลาบนมือถือได้ดียิ่งขึ้น ใครที่รู้สึกว่าตัวเองเสพติดการไถฟีด แนะนำให้ลองเปิดใช้ฟีเจอร์นี้เลยครับ นอกจากนี้ เวลาที่เรามี Pop Up เด้งเตือนแต่ละครั้ง มันก็เหมือนเป็น Moment ที่ทำให้เราคิดทบทวนเป้าหมายของตัวเอง ช่วยให้การใช้มือถือไม่กลายเป็นกิจกรรมที่แย่งเวลาทำสิ่งสำคัญ ๆ ไป สรุปง่าย ๆ ว่า Pause Point เป็นฟีเจอร์ที่เสริมสร้างจิตสำนึกและช่วยจัดการพฤติกรรมการใช้มือถือในยุคดิจิทัลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ใครมีมือถือ Android รุ่นที่รองรับ อย่าลืมหาโอกาสลองใช้กันดูนะครับ รับรองว่าได้ประโยชน์จริง ๆ
