New graduate, inexperienced, first job interview.ð
We are a child who is about to graduate in the middle of this month. We have tried to leave a history on many job apps until a company called and arranged an interview. It is the first real job interview, so I want to share the experience as a guide for my friends.
Personally, we are new graduates whose internship experience and university activities are not much. Most of the questions being asked are about this. ð
ð questions found in the interview.
âĒ Introduction Apprenticeship Experience Responsible Duty
âĒ University activities previously done
âĒ Highlights / weaknesses
âĒ Delve into weaknesses, such as when an intern ever missed, how to fix them?
âĒ Explain what the company is about
âĒ Ask if there will be a civil service exam in the future (we graduated from the Faculty of Political Science)
âĒ Describe the location of the apprenticeship facility.
âĒ Family history
âĒ When did you finish school? When did you finish it? (In case you didn't finish it)
âĒ Microsoft Office skills
âĒ Research or project that tells you what you are responsible for
âĒ Ask how to make the company see its potential during a 1-2 month trial.
âĒ How to get to work
âĒ Can you work 6 days?
â classic question.
"Is there anything to ask you?"
We asked two things.
1ïļâĢ The atmosphere and working style of the team.
2ïļâĢ Salary rating of this position.
ð, who would ask about salary, advised to prepare well because we were asked:
âĒ Why do you think the company should give you the salary you ask?
âĒ If you get less than requested, how much will you get?
Now we are waiting for the results of the interview, we do not know if we will get the job, but whether or not it will be a great experience for the first interview, knowing how to prepare.
