Ingredients:

1½ cups warm milk

1 tbsp sugar

2 tsp instant yeast

4 cups flour

1½ tsp salt

3 tbsp oil

Garlic Butter:

Melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley

Directions:

1. Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 min.

2. Add flour, salt, and oil. Knead 5–10 min until smooth (gluten develops). Put a little oil in the bowl.

3. Let dough rise 50–60 min.

4. Punch down, divide into 8–10 balls. You can stuff with cheese if you like.

5. Roll out 7–8". Cook on hot pan 1–2 min each side.

6. Keep warm in towel and brush with garlic butter.
