I think it's incredible that the mirror / mirror, the dedication of Mae Mul, that no matter how many years have passed, this book is still being talked about, even though it was first printed twenty years ago, because no matter how far the passage of time goes, it's still as fresh as it was written yesterday, like a great museum that keeps everything intact.

Both the music from the cafe, the smell of cigarettes and night alcohol, the dialogue of young adulthood, including the dreams, love and confusion, of those who are trying to find their own way in the world.

When you look at each page, you can see a reflection of the life of the art student "he" and the music DJ in the Sugar Cafe, an overlapping line that takes us deeper into a relationship to an unpredictable conclusion.

What makes this book special may not only be the story it tells, but it may be that it can completely store the "feeling" of that moment, as if a few generations had passed, and the people in this book were still living in the same place, listening to the same music, loving, painful and confused as before.
