「中華菜館一番」のメニュー感が知りたい人向けに、私が行ったときの注文目線でポイントを追記します。まず、お店の外にメニューと価格が貼ってあるので、入店前にだいたいの予算が決められるのがありがたいです。町中華って“入ってみないと値段が分からない”こともあるけど、ここはその不安が少なめでした。 私のイチ推しはやっぱり名物餃子（5個）。ニンニク不使用なのに、具がぎっしりで満足感が高いです。味付けはそのままでもいけますが、添えられる特製味噌ダレが濃いめで、ご飯や炒飯とも相性が良かったです。冷めてもおいしいタイプだったので、テイクアウトにも向いてそうだなと感じました。 ちゃんぽんは「餡入り／餡なし」が選べるのが特徴。私は具だくさん派なので餡入りが好みでした。細麺にスープ（または餡）が絡んで、ちょっと濃いめの味付け。写真で見ても分かる通りイカがゴロッと入っていて、海鮮感もあります。セットのミニ炒飯はパラパラ系で、隠し味のカレーっぽい香りが食欲を押し上げてくれました。単品で頼むか、セットで満足するかはお腹の空き具合次第だけど、初回は「ちゃんぽんミニ炒飯セット」を選ぶと店の強みが一気に分かると思います。 日替わり定食もコスパが良くて、内容が“ちょっとずつ色々”なのが嬉しいポイント。私が食べた日は小さめの皿うどん＋野菜炒めで、ご飯をミニ炒飯に変更できました。皿うどんはパリパリ麺に餡がかかるタイプで、野菜も多め。メニュー数は多く、夜メニューも充実している印象なので、昼は定食でサクッと、夜は一品＋麺・飯でしっかり、みたいな使い分けもできそうです。 注意点としては専用駐車場がないこと。私は近くのコインパーキングを使いましたが、このエリアは料金が高めに感じたので、電車・徒歩で行ける人はその方が気楽かもしれません。店内はきれいで席もゆったりしていて、落ち着いて食べられました。 まとめると、「中華菜館一番」のメニューで迷ったら、①名物餃子、②ちゃんぽん（餡入り/なし選択）、③ミニ炒飯（セットor変更）あたりを軸に組み立てるのが満足度高めでした。価格設定も雰囲気の割に良心的なので、町中華好きは一度チェックして損なしです。
